"We have Ryan Landers insurance and someone drove me off the road and did some damage to my car, they state that you can use anyone you want to repair your car, NOT TRUE!!!!, IF YOU USE SOMEONE NOT ON THEIR LIST THERE IS A BIGGER OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE FOR YOU, THIS PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, I WOULD NOT USE THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT THEN NEVER MAKE ANY KIND OF CONTACT WITH YOU OTHER THAN SENDING A TEXT WHEN YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED. "Megan was so great to work with. I was at work dealing with customers and she was able to get everything I needed done in between everything I had going on and me jumping in and out of the conversation. She was so sweet and patient with me and explained everything (a few times) to make sure I knew what was going to happen l. She even sent follow up emails like she said she would. She set realistic expectations for some things so I am not disappointed and she was able to keep up with my adhd brain working 3/4 things I needed to get done all at one time moving seamlessly from one question to the next. She was very easy to talk to and she even found more ways to help bring down my cost while offering more coverage. I was initially looking for auto, but I ended up bundling my spouse’s auto, my firearms, and renters insurance together because it gave me more coverage at a really great price. 10/10 recommend this firm if you’re looking for insurance!"
